Wake Up and Hydrate!
Its always awakening to start breakfast with a hot brewed coffee, or a warm English tea. Then , you can eat your fruits that are rich in protein but low in sugar. These are your berry families: blueberries, strawberries and raspberries or your pears and avocados. Then have some omelette and bacon, adobo or chicken fillets....
